Your Role
• Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets and KPIs.• Inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.• Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.• Help manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering.• Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development.• Help maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
About You
You’re a motivated and emerging retail leader who thrives in a busy environment.
You’ll bring:• Experience in a senior sales assistant, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM).• A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow your leadership skills.• Passion for team development and delivering great customer experiences.• Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.• Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
